oxychlorination by products

I am trying to find out whether the chloro-cyclopropane could be a by product of the oxychlorination of ethylene over a Cu/Al2O3 based catalyst in presence of methane.
cdts:
Pressure 15-20 bars
Temperature 220-280oC
