Oversized tap for internal threads mating with HDG bolt

Does anyone know of a tool manufacturer that will make special taps? I need an oversized tap that will meet the allowable dimensions in ASTM A563 for overtapping nut thread to permit assembly on a hot dipped galvanized bolt. I am having no luck getting anyone I know of to make this.

I have worked with MSC tool company directly here in the US when looking for oversize taps. Although they don't manufacture anything, they were able to order a custom tap through a "confidential supplier".
