Over tolerance thickness of AATM A537 and ASTM A516

What will be overtolerance on thickness of 3mm thick sheets of ASTM A537 and ASTM A516?

Both materials are manufactured to A20, thus A20 Table A2.1 lists the over and under thickness tolerances.

The table only goes down to 5.0 mm, but per Note 3 you would use the 5.0 mm tolerances.
