Good day everyone. We are currently looking at a facility (about 24,000 sq ft. with 18,000 sq. ft in storage) with storage racks (20 feet tall) already installed that stores various electronics and appliances (plastics involved). Sprinkler system supports up to class IV storage. Most of the items do not exceed the 2303.7.4 requirements for high hazard classification except for some TV monitors that do and would be considered group A high hazard.

What options do I have for storing these high hazard items? Would we most likely need to separate them and protect accordingly, can we store them at a lower height (possibly ground level) within the racks (somehow I do not believe this is possible?) or do they really have no option other than to install a new sprinkler system? Any references or help would be appreciated.

Charlie
