Optimization problem on pro/engineer m020 X64

Hi everyone,

I have a problem to run optimization study or design study on proE integrated mode with mechanica. it runs normal till the step " Running Pro/Engineer in the Backgound .." ( this steps are shown if you choose the detailed info option), .... and then it does not go to the next step after that ..... just stay there ... Not hanging ... No error message ...No crash ... just stay at that step !!!!!!!! i have M020 X64 ... can anyone help
