What is the best format to import UG files into SW?

SW2008 Office Pro SP3.1
Intel Core 2 Duo CPU
2.2GHz, 2.00GB RAM
QuadroFX 3700
SpacePilot/SpaceNavigator

SW can open UG files, but not with the best results.

Parasolid is best neutral format, as it is the kernel for bot SW and UG.
