We are trying to load a few .nc and .cdf files into matlab. We have scripts that use netcdf but they don't seem to work. When we use cdfread we get an error that says not a cdf or file corrupt. We don't think the file is corrupt, we just think that there is some subtle correction that needs to be made. What is a good way for us to load these files?
