If you need examples in OpenFEM specifically I don't have any. But if what you are looking for are examples for FEM-analysis there are several on the web.

Basically you can download tutorials or examples from:

http://www.lstc.com/pages/manual_down.htm

I think you can find some examples from every mayor FEM-vendor if you try.
