OK, there is something that you can do to at least reduce the number of clicks to just one, but unless you do a little extra work it could have some undesirable consequences.
First a question, are you using Teamcenter to manage your Reuse Library files? If not, proceed...
The easy way out, but the one with those undesirable consequences, is to simply go to...
Customer Defaults -> Gateway -> Reuse Library -> General
...and in the section labeled 'NX Native' simply edit the path for the library that you're interested in, adding all of the levels down to that last folder in the path. That way, when you access the Reuse Library it will skip all of the levels down to the folder that you want, meaning that you only need to make a single click to get to the items that you're looking for. Now the problem with this scheme is that NONE of the folders on those other levels of the path, down to your folder, will be accessible to the user. I will be as if they never existed.
To avoid this problem, what you need to do is move your folder of interest to a totally different location and enter a duplicate path in the above Customer Default field adding in essence a dedicated entry point in the Reuse Library tab when it opens. Now if there are several folders that you're currently having to 'dumpster dive' to get to, you could give each one of them a unique entry in Customer Defaults.
Now if you are using Teamcenter to manage the Reuse Libraries, you should be able to do something similar but I don't really have all the details for that but the principle of making separate entries should still be valid.
