Open cell TPU foam production

Dear All
I am interested in production techniques for Open cell Polyurethane foam. Can any one help me as to what is involved in production of open cell PU foam? Is it reaction injection molding or are there other processes involved?

Are you sure it's TPU?
I could help you with PU foam...

I am not 100% sure it is TPU or just PU? However it needs to be medical grade, long term implantable.
