Is there a way to open a draft of an assembly by right-clicking or some other way instead of just going to open and finding the draft. For instance in SolidWorks if you right-click on a part or assembly it gives you the option to open the drawing from th menu.

thanks!

I don't think so, because the links are one way in Solid Edge.

Posting guidelines faq731-376 (probably not aimed specifically at you)

Kenat is correct, Solid Edge works differently in this regard. We use “where-used” to find drafts. Fortunately with Insight Server the search process is relatively fast.

Solid Edge ST3 MP5 on WinXP x64
Insight Server on Win2008 R2 & SQL 2008 R2 x64
SharePoint 3.0 x64

I have the attached the Software.

AFAIK Works with V20, ST1, ST2 and ST3.

The Software works as an Addin. It could be start with a right mouse click on a Part in a assembly or in the Part enviroment.

The SW is like it is. No Warranty.

Suggestions to improve the solutions are welcome :)
