The old 741 does not. The 324 is one example that is being used for less critical applications. Then you have a lot of very, very precise, low-power and fast opamps working off 5 V and down to "single cell voltage" - or about 1.2 V. Have a look at Maxim, Linear Technology, National Semiconductor, Texas, Motorola - I know, they have a new name, but I refuse to use it. Sounds too outlandish for mee.
