On screen view controls 1

Hello boys and girls,

I started working with an out of the box Catia installation on my client's workstation and are faced with some mysterious on screen icons that I have never seen before (see the attachment). I figured out that the ones on the right are view controls (pan, zoom, rotate) but the icon on the left of the screen leaves me completely clueless. Who has any idea what it is and more important how do I get rid of these on screen controls?

I would try first to delete the all CATSettings.

I found out what they are, they are tablet support tools and they can be switched off in Tools>Options.

and activate then
