Omnia Precast Slab Load Tables

In my 30+ years of practicing structural engineering, I have not come across one of these precast slabs until now.
The one I am looking at, was constructed in 1988, and I can't find any information on allowable loads.
Does anyone out there have any information on these, other than the current stuff online?
I wish Slide Rule Era was still perusing the boards. He's probably seen it before.

I downloaded most of what SlideRuleEra had for planks and such and there's nothing in our own library involving Omnia FYI.

Being upright and taking nourishment definitely beats the alternative.
