See if there are any old guys out there that are familiar with these. We have a few Roll threaders that have Allen Bradley 1336 Impact drives on them. We initially set them up with the motor rpms from the motor nameplate. We now would like to have it reflect the rpm of the spindle so the operator knows the actual speed at which the dies are turning, relatively. I went through the manual and tried a couple of parameter changes to see if I could filter, or offset, the readout. Not having any luck, so I then just went into the setup and changed the rpm of the motor nameplate to reflect what the spindle was spinning at. Seems to work, but I am worried there may be an issue with the vector control affecting the motor. Otherwise if you know how to offset the readout the right way, please let me know. The Fuji Frenic VFDs are pretty easy with the adjustment of the coeffecient. I guess technology seems to get easier and cheaper as the industry progresses, so this old stuff is just out of date, but still works well.
