I have been searching for a self-contained example calculation of oil sepatation (ordinary and with coalescing media) of an event of "high voltage transformer on fire," but I did not find any. Do you know any informative sources, or could you explain me step by step?

It should, I think, include the:
a) Qinlet and Qoutlet;
b) volume of oil pit, pipe inlet, separation basin, and pipe outlet;
c) assumed oil droplets size of not smaller than 20 microns (caused by mechanical means).

Thank you.

One more, how do you edit posts? There are two sepatations...
