Offset > Expand feature : tiny failure

seems Offset > Expand feature > Options > Translate - does not keep tangency between translated surfaces

I wanted to move exisiting solid geometry - example on pictures below. At the end Creo did it but moved surfaces failed to keep tangency between them

just an information for others

I was unable to duplicate the issue in Creo elements/pro 5.0 (Pro/E 5.0). Is this a problem only in Creo 1.0-2.0, or am I missing something?

it seems it is certain issue for Creo 1.0 M010.

I was informed that in WF 5.0 and Creo M050 this issue does not occur
