Hello Everyone,

I am part of a team looking into acquiring an OEE software for our facility. Does anyone have any advice on which OEE I should be looking at, and why? What are the requirements you wish you have with your current OEE? Thank you.

Smoothcriminal,

What do you mean by "OEE software"?

Do not throw initialisms at people unless there is clear agreement about what it means. There could be more than one interpretation of OEE.

I suspect the OP is referring to OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) software systems. And before anyone asks, I know nothing other than the name and what it's used for, but that's all. No direct experience myself.

JohnRBaker,

I got that too when I Googled, but it may not be the only meaning. The general principal is that you should spell out your initialism the first time you use it.
