NX9 - What is the problem with angular dimensions?

I tried to upload the video via this forum, but it wouldn't work. Maybe it's too big.

For those that can't see the video, I will attempt to describe what is happening.

When I am trying to create an angular dimension on a bolt-circle centerline, while grabbing the second centerline, it grabs the centerline of a different hole instead of the CL of the hole I'm grabbing. In the video, this is conveniently the hole right next to the one I'm grabbing, but sometimes it's a hole on the other side of the part. Doesn't happen all the time, but it seems to be happening more lately.

Without the part it's going be hard to suggest anything. Perhaps you should take this up with GTAC.

I have no access to GTAC.

Has anyone else ever seen this? Know what the problem is? Solutions?

Why do you have no access to GTAC? Are you part of a large organization where only a few people have been given WebKey accounts?

If that's the case, and you can't get any help from your own people, than you're back to having to upload something that we can look at.

John, I work for a contract engineering outfit that does work for a large aircraft engine manufacturer. We work out of their Teamcenter.

I did upload the video. Can you not see it? I can't upload the actual file, if that's what you mean. Don't think the customer would appreciate me releasing the drawing/models to the public.

Yes, I watched the video and while I guess I could reproduce the part in question, even if I did and it worked OK, that would prove nothing since it couldn't possibly be identical in every aspect. As an alternative, is it possible to produce a 'test' part which exhibits this behavior but would not violate the OEM's intellectual property?
