NX9 Geometric Constraiints 2

Hi all,
Can I turn the geometric constraints back to the NX6 workflow?

The NX9 method of choosing the type of constraint first is absurd to me... I like the method of choosing the geometry first, then having appropriate constraints shown to me.

In NX9, 100% of the time, I ruin my sketches because I immediately start choosing geometry and it applies bogus constraints.

So many of the enhancements in NX9 seem oddly backwards. and time consuming. and take more clicking.

Is it just me??

That behavior of selecting geometry first and getting the available constraints is still valid for NX9...

The mistake you do is to start the constraints dialog.
pick the geometry ONLY, no command, and you will have both a popup and a "toolbar" appear next to the cursor.
Then you get "the same" as NX6, but without starting the constraints dialog.

Then , in some odd cases you can/will use the "C" ( Constraints) dialog.
