NX9 drafting improvement

I've seen in the NX9 Siemens PLM presentation, that the user dimension an hole with center mark and the dimension start at the end of the center mark. Again I've seen that the user dimension with intellignet dimension some point of the drawing and the dimension are addedd in series and after can change in parallel.
I can't replicate this interesting enhancement.
