Recently I have come across two separate files which give me this error when I try to load them. Has anyone come across this before and have a way to fix it? I have tried several things, loading structure only, adding it as a component to open it that way, made a copy of the file, etc and nothing works. It instantly pops up with this error and so far that only fix is to remake the file. Unfortunately these files take days to do so its costing a lot of time and money to deal with. A file backup would work except that the backups tend to be before a lot of work was done so in a sense its like recreating the file anyway. Thanks for any help you can give!

ANY and ALL 'Memory Access Violation' errors should be reported to GTAC ASAP. Be prepared to provide not only the parts where you're having this problem, but also copies of the syslogs from the sessions where the problem manifested itself. Other then narrow down which files are causing the errors, there is very little that you can do to 'fix' this but GTAC should be able to help as they have access to different tools which can be used to 'repair' your parts.

If you are using the master model concept try and open the drawing without loading any parts. If it opens on of the views on your drawing is probably corrupt. You can delete the views till you find the one that is causing the problem and recreate the view. I have found that detail and sections views are the first ones to check.
