NX3 Tools library

Hello!

In NX3 setting tools feeds and speeds is solved almost as I hoped.Retrieving tools geometry is still poor.One way is to create tools in separate PRT file,second is write them to tool_database.dat.Only in last one there is only one record of a tool holder.Saving in PRT file is better since you can better define tool holder geometry.Retrieving from file is not so elegant.
What kind of other solutions are there?Creating tools using API?

Could you please explain it to me how to create tool and feed library in NX3? I would prefer to use part files.

I need to know which lap tops are good to word with Unigraphics and other simalir 3D modelling programs. I belive I need XP PRO, 512mB ram or above but graphics cards I dont have a clue.

DELL have extreme graphics card but have extreme graphics2
But it not avaible on their models. Also there is ATI 9700 mobile on many laptops.
