Hi all,

I'm working on converting an existing aircraft design from paper to digital (a thorp t-18 for reference). One of the most interesting parts is this join between two sections of the fuselage skin. The edge shown with the red dots is connected with an internal flange along the whole length. I was hoping someone would be able to tell me if this sort of flange is possible with NX using the advance flange function. I can't seem to get it to work. I've attached the file I've been experimenting with so you can have a look.

Thanks for your help in advance.

Bryan

Sheet Metal Advanced Flange requires a planar surface to start with, suggest you use surfacing techniques and thicken.
