NX - cant change reference set to KOERPER 2

Hello
I have correctly defined the Reference Set for part but I can't change set on Koerper...
Message: Error recovery completed for the Following error: An invalid tag was passed to the tag module.

When we have that error we have to open the part that we want to change to reference set of then open our assembly as "structure only" and we are allowed to change the reference set.

Maybe i don't understand something or i've did sth wrong... but i've had still the same error message.

OK, try this.
1. New session of NX
2. Open part that you wanted to change the ref set of in your assembly (196098.prt).
3. Run file->utilities->part cleanup (run all except the section that says "use caution")
4. Change load options to "structure only"
5. Open assembly 196097.prt
6. repeat step 3.
7. Try to change ref set of 196098.prt
