NX 9 Drafting Hole Callouts Not Working

I am trying to add a hole callout to a drawing and when I select the radial dimension tool and select hole callout from the dropdown menu it won't let me select the hole on the drawing. I created four holes using the hole tool with it set to counter bore clearance hole, so it should recognize the hole. Any ideas on what's going on? Thanks.

Are the holes part of an pattern? I had this issue couple days ago. I had to select the original holes not that of the pattern.

Some are. I tried selecting the original holes with the same result as before.

Install MP9 for NX9.0.3...that will solve it. Also keep in mind that the hole callout is not working for holes placed on a cylindrical face...(ER existing)
