NX 9 Auto Constraints

I just opened NX 9 and I am unable to turn off the Auto-Constraint. Anybody know how to do that?

You will need to do this in your template prt. Do a command finder for sketch preferences.

Ok. I went in there and unclicked the options I thought would stop the auto contraints but I'm still getting them. I've attach the dialog box below.

I actually google this before posting this thread and I couldn't get the Customer Default tool to highlight. Anyways, I solved the problem. I was in Sketch mode as apposed to Sketch in Task Environment. So for some reason I'm able to turn it off there.
