NX 8.5 Notes Font not using default

I need help.
I have my default font size set to .125". But, when I click on notes, the font size is 3.5". I was working fine for month's. Just the other day this changed on me.

you suddenly started using a metric template ?

The Metric default height is 3.5 millimeter.
Note unit.
