NX 8.5 drafting template

I made drafting template and then update ugs_drawing_templates.pax and ugs_sheet_templates.pax files.Everything works fine if I use master model,my templates are there,but if I wannt my drawing to be in part file I can't have my templates,I see the preview of them but the sheet is empty.

If I am correct, the situation where it doesn't work, you are just switching from modeling to Drafting in the same part? (without creating a new part?)
Then he answer is simple...You don't get the option to grab a new template because you are working on the template of your model...

But how then I do have Siemens drafting template,if I'm working on model template,and why do I have preview of my template?
