NVIDIA Quadro NVS 140M problems

Has anyone experienced poor performance with the NVIDIA Quadro NVS 140M graphics card. My Latitude D830 has this card andwhen using Pro-E 2001 (haven't tried Wildfire yet), the monitor has a 1 second blink before and after I spin a model. It is quite noticeable and annoying. Also in Pro-E Options, if I set spin_with_part_entities to 'yes', then spinning large models can be horribly slow, if the card settings are not as shown below. Antialiasing seems to cause the worst problems; slow when spinning and model can become fragmented.
