Okay, here's a head scratcher to me. We have all our dimension styles defined and have all of them setup to USE NUMERATOR is checked ON for all styles. When I insert a view of a part with multiple holes and dimension using the HOLE/THREAD command the numerator doesn't show. When I Edit Hole Note the Use Numerator is not checked and when I check it then it displays. Why does this not appear to follow the settings for my dimension styles????

Any help? Sean???

This is one of my pet peeves.. Here is a post I made complaining about it some time ago. The answer is in the post..

Let's say we have 15 dim styles (which I do, actually more but these are
most common)

X.X
X.X +/-
X.X dev
X.X in (mm)
X.X mm
X.XX
X.XX +/-
X.XX dev
X.XX in (mm)
X.XX mm
X.XXX
X.XXX +/-
X.XXX dev
X.XXX in (mm)
X.XXX mm

And within each dim style we have 6 hole types:
Thru, Thru CB, Thru CS, Blind, Blind CB, Blind CS

And for each hole style we have 5 thread types
No Threads, Full Threads, Full Thread Tap Drill, Depth Thread, Depth Thread
Tap Drill

Now let's say we want to change something as simple as removing the
numerator from all hole notes or adding some text to every hole note.

We have 12*6*5 = 450 combinations.

With a minimum of 2 (usually 3) clicks to change one item on a hole note
this is a min of 900 mouse clicks to make this one global change.
