Noob Question re: hole wizard on Boss-Extrude

Hello Guys, i'm to the forum and Solidworks but have manage to figure it out so far. I need help applying 8 holes on the side of a cylinder. at 0,45,90,135,180,225,270 & 315 all in the center of the cylinder. 12.7mm is the height of the section highlighted. I can not figure it out for the life of me. Probably something easy, wondering if you guys could help out? I have attached and image with the boss-extrude highlighted that i need to have the 8 holes on.
