Nonlinear time history analysis in 3 direction

Dear sir,
I want to analyse a structure with time history analyse,but I need to analyse the structure by 2 or 3 time histories in 3 perpendicular directions and with nonlinear analysis. I need a software who can help me and introduce me a software that can do nonlinear time history analysis with 2 or 3 different time histories in different directions simultaneously? thanks

STAAD.Pro handles non-linear time history. I have never used it however. I know you can specify multiple time histories.

 

I think sap2000 can do it.
