None section property shell fail to transfer loads in ETABS 20.3

Im creating a None section property shell to facilitate load distribution in beams but it does nothing, any idea why it could be happening?

I want to apply lateral wind loads to a structure without using ETABS function to do it. Just wanna do it manually. (i have a code wich its not contemplated in this version of etabs)
