I am new to NASTRAN...

Is it possible to use non-unique material (or any other entity) ids within the input file? For example, I might have a standard database or materials in a file that I include when needed, but portions of the the input file also have materials contained within. This could potentially lead to an id collision?

Thanks!

Hi

As far as I know collisions are not allowed for any entitys.
