I'm trying to model a high rise building with tuned mass damper attached on top. Can someone explain how to make link elements to counteract with the earthquake direction? whatever i used i just can't seem to get it.
Plus, when i create video of time history analysis, my model seems to behave strangely. it's seems it goes somewhere to infinity. could someone please explain if he had similar situation going on.
