Hello everyone,
i got such problem: I have temperature field from axisymmetric model which i'd like to apply to 3D model. For example i want to take 1st node temperature from axisymmetric model and put it as load/boundary condition to proper node in 3D model. Node numbering in both models are different, but that's not a problem. I got script which make proper node pairs from both models. Question is how to set node temperature in 3D model? Someone gave me advice to do this in inp file. I read about inp file format but couldn't find any advice how to do that. There are only examples how to apply force load to node, nothing about temperature. Second question is, should it be load or boundary condition? I need 3D temperature field to thermal-displacement analysys.

Regards
