It's not published, only described in their "Use Abaqus to Simulate Additive Manufacturing – Printing a Hip Implant" blog post. But you could contact them and ask for this input file if you really need it (I would just use other examples of additive manufacturing simulations though).
Thanks for your quick reply, there are other examples with volume addition method, to be honest, I could not understand it from example file. I mean the steps, how they made it. is there any way, to convert input file to Python script to do the same thing? thanks in advance
You may find some older .cae files from workshops provided with the AM Modeler plug-in (it used to be an external plug-in before it got implemented in Abaqus/CAE 2022).
When it comes to .inp files from the documentation, you may import them as models to Abaqus/CAE. The problem is that you won't have the geometry (only the mesh but it's often possible to recreate the geometry from it) and that you will have to redefine the AM-related keywords in AM Modeler.
