nodeprint and file .sel

hi everybody,
i needed that Abaqus printed me the coordinates of a deformed shape.

I read the documentation and i found that, like in Abaqus/standard, is possible to print the node and to see the results in a file .sel.

Now i've a problem. I don't know how to open and how to read that file .sel. I know that it's a binary file.
