Dear Experts,
At the moment we are faced with an interesting task.
We have a internal gear pump TetraPak. It pumps ice cream at a temperature of -5 degrees Celsius. Now the task is to select the material and make a copy of such a pump for internal needs.

The material of the Inner gear is AISI-304.
Chemical analysis of the external gear:
Cu - 53.59
Ni - 28.29
Sn - 5.83
Zn - 5.83
, an additional comment that there should be no Fe in the analog alloy.
Help to choose the material that can be used. Maybe someone has come across this material. Our capacities allow us to take ready-made material, or cast an alloy according to its chemical composition.

Thank you in advance for your help
With respect,
Antony

So neither of these contacts the product, right?
I don't like 304 for this, rather see Nitronic 40 or 50 used.
Your alloy looks to be a Ni Silver, C97800 or some custom variation.
