In response to your email, saying, "..you did not mention the chemical engg journals". Actually, it was mentioned. The name "Chemical Engineering Journal" may have sounded generic, but it is a journal.
Check it out at: They have a plant watch section that lists some major projects, worldwide, each month.
Another source may be Chemical Week Magazine. I'd bet that there are some very good sources available, for a subscription price.
It would be great to hear from other contributors.
