I need to build a test rig that can, using a relay, turn on a switch, read the voltage, adjust voltage to the power supply if needed, and record that data. After all this is done it will have to move to the next series of switches.
I am using Tetech USB relays, Agilent power supplies, and I haven't chosen a data aquisition device yet. I am looking to control most of this through one program console. Any ideas on how I should put all this together under one console? Thanks.

From your better than usual description I still can't really say. I have seen so many test bays that all I can say is very subtle differences can make a BIG difference in the success of it.

What are you testing? Hundreds, thousands, one a day? Is the tested device always a little different? Like various motors coming down a line?

You really want the least human intervention possible usually. But.. Depends on what it is.
