Does anyone have an idea on how to calculate inrush, and cold load for a network feeder? The problem is the loads are always energized, so no events have been recorded in recent memory.

By network I mean each 480 load is served by two or three transformers, each attached to a different distribution feeder.

Check with Coned in New York. In 2006 they experienced a significant outage in one of their networks. I recall reading that inrush caused some network feeder breakers to reopen. I do not know how detailed their post event analysis was and I do not have any contacts at Coned.
