Hi I am looking for information about post curing Neoprene moulded parts.
1. what would the cure time and temperature be
2. Do they need post curing
3. If so how long for and at what temperature.
I am having a problem with tensile, elongation, and comp set.
I would appreciate any help.

1. for thin parts, try up to 20min @ 160°C or 12min @ 180°C (this surely should suffice, T90 is in theory enough)
2. normally no, but to optimalise some properties you could do so
3. 2-3h 130-150°C

Depending on your problems I would look at the formulation and mixing procedure again.

Lanxess has a really good technical handbook on it's website.
