Neoprene MIL-R-6855C, class 2, grade 80 1

Abrassion response test ASTM G75 specifies above material as lap material. Can anyone indicate what properties the neopren must have to qualify for this standard? An internet search didn't come up with anything and our local suppliers are not familiar with the standard.
