Hi,

I made a model and meshed it with quadratic tet and applied symmetry boundaries on the three flat surfaces. The model is pulled in tension and reaction force is requested for the elements and nodes at the surface shown. However, even though the stress field looks normal, the reaction force field looks weird with minimum RF values at all the nodes. Does anyone know if this is a bug in my model or is this normal? Thanks!

Turn off averaging and then plot reactions. Also use probe values tool to measure reactions at individual nodes. You can create RF output request for these nodes too.
