Need help on 1 in pierce condition.

Need help on 1 in pierce condition. Running p9013h100 pierce. Was working just fine. Then,,, got this error message p00500. My p9013h75 works just fine as do all the rest. Changed everything to mirror 9013h75 in the 9013h100 still nothing. Help pulling hair out.
