Need help cutting HDPE .06 Thick.

Hi, I'm trying to laser cut a .06 Thick HDPE sheet who I already cut it, but the edge behind still a litle bit hard to remove.

I'm using a 35CF Head on mitsubishi machine

Cond.

400W power
1.5 gas pressure
250 feed
