I am looking for the necessary calculations needed to find the pick-up velocity for a deaerator. Currently orange juice is entering the deaerator with 8ppm of oxygen and I need to verify that the orange juice will leave with 3ppm of oxygen. Any help would great, thanks alot.

Firstly, You should know that your deaerator is not functioning effectively... It should not produce oxygen levels above 7ppb.. I would fix the deaerator befor looking at anything else......Countryham
