Need copy of draft of ASME P30 document

Apparently there is a new ASME document that is coming later this year:

P30 PLANNING FOR THE USE OF CRANES, DERRICKS, HOISTS, CABLEWAYS, AERIAL DEVICES AND LIFTING ACCESSORIES

It is supposedly coming out and earlier this year had a public comment draft published in ENR and perhaps elsewhere.

Does anyone have a copy or link to the early draft versions of this document?

This publication supplements (I think) the ASME BTH code.
